24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.  Please be aware that the following services must be held with a credit card.

 

Facials 

Makeup

Waxing Services

Keratin Services

All Color Services

Updo Services

Bride & Bridal Trials

Extension Services

 

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  You will receive a text/email confirmation link two days prior as well as a call one day before if you did not confirm via text/email. Since the services are reserved especially for you, a cancellation fee will apply.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount

• NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

 

This cancellation policy allows enough time to inform our clients on a waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, therefore better serving everyone.
